Audio engineering specialising in electronic, pop and metal music.
Technical requirements
-
Format: WAV or AIFF.
Sample Rate: 44.1kHz or higher - export with the same settings you have been working with, do not apply upsampling or downsampling.
Bit Depth: preferably 32 bits (without dithering), but we can also work with 24 or 16 bits with flat dithering.
Also export the original mix, as we will use it as a reference.
Deactivate all plugins you have used for mixing (equalisers, limiters, reverb…) - you can keep the ones you have used for sound design. For example:
AutoTune on vocals
Guitar or bass amplifiers (also send us the DI’s for re-amping if necessary)
Make sure that no peak exceeds 0dbFS (i.e. no clipping).
Name all tracks clearly and attach them in a ZIP file. For example:
Artist - Song - Lead Vocals 48kHz 32bit.aiff
Artist - Song - Guitar Dist L 48kHz 32bit.aiff
