Audio engineering specialising in electronic, pop and metal music.

Technical requirements

    • Format: WAV or AIFF.

    • Sample Rate: 44.1kHz or higher - export with the same settings you have been working with, do not apply upsampling or downsampling.

    • Bit Depth: preferably 32 bits (without dithering), but we can also work with 24 or 16 bits with flat dithering.

    • Also export the original mix, as we will use it as a reference.

    • Deactivate all plugins you have used for mixing (equalisers, limiters, reverb…) - you can keep the ones you have used for sound design. For example:

      • AutoTune on vocals

      • Guitar or bass amplifiers (also send us the DI’s for re-amping if necessary)

    • Make sure that no peak exceeds 0dbFS (i.e. no clipping).

    • Name all tracks clearly and attach them in a ZIP file. For example:

      • Artist - Song - Lead Vocals 48kHz 32bit.aiff

      • Artist - Song - Guitar Dist L 48kHz 32bit.aiff

    • Format: WAV or AIFF.

    • Sample Rate: 44.1kHz or higher - export with the same settings you have been working with, do not apply upsampling or downsampling.

    • Bit Depth: preferably 32 bits (without dithering), but we can also work with 24 or 16 bits with flat dithering.

    • Remove all plugins and effects from the master chain - if you feel that any of these are essential and would like to keep them for creative reasons, please let us know in advance.

    • Make sure that no peak exceeds 0dbFS (i.e. no clipping).

    • Name all tracks clearly and attach them in a ZIP file. For example

      • Artist - Song 1 48kHz 32bit.aiff

      • Artist - Song 2 48kHz 32bit.aiff

    • Format: WAV or AIFF.

    • Sample Rate: 44.1kHz or higher - export with the same settings you have been working with, do not apply upsampling or downsampling.

    • Bit Depth: preferably 32 bits (without dithering), but we can also work with 24 or 16 bits with flat dithering.

    • Separate the different instruments by busses or groups (up to a maximum of 16 stems):

      • Kick drum (best separately for electronic music)

      • Drums and percussion

      • Bassline

      • Lead instruments

      • Secondary instruments

      • Vocals

      • Special effects

      • Return channels

    • Make sure that no peak exceeds 0dbFS (i.e. no clipping).

    • Name all tracks clearly and attach them in a ZIP file. For example:

      • Artist - Song 1 - Drums 48kHz 32bit.aiff

      • Artist - Song 2 - Vocals 48kHz 32bit.aiff
